Default Freestyle Star from Issue 1 of Block Magazine

I didn't have the template that was called for and didn't really realize that the star points were supposed to touch until I was too far along to turn back. I do like my border more than the pattern. I took the parts that were cut out of each block and sewed them together.

This is how the quilt is suppose look! This is what you planned! You made your quilt in an original and unique way! This is your story and you are sticking to it! I really like the way it turned out; you really did make it your own.
