    Default French Braid Quilt

I just finished Binding my French Braid Quilt. I used two different color of fabric for my binding, one side is one color and the other is another color. I really enjoyed making this quilt. I am entering it in The West Texas Fair in Abilene, Texas this next month.. I started quilting last January.

It's a lovely quilt and I love all the different layerings of patterns, it almost gives it a collage effect. Very nicely done and if you've only been quilting since Jan then you are very talented.

Very nice! You did a great job selecting & arranging the prints. That's the hardest part of making a French Braid.

I love French braid quilts and yours is certainly no exception- the black/white & red are wonderful- and I love the 2-sided binding- one of these days I need to try that. beautiful quilt!

This is gorgeous! I love how you did the binding too. Is it hard to do? Do you follow the 'regular' methods of putting on the binding or is it a different technique?
