French Braid
#71
Are you quilting them yourself? I know someone who would be glad to quilt them for you if have to send them out.
Thanks, Barb. I had a bit of an issue accurately lining up the bias-cut braid ends to correspond with the ones on the opposite side of the pink/lavender divider, but eventually I won that fight. Although I am slow on every aspect of making quilts, I am way ahead on the piecing part, which means that I have several quilt tops waiting for their turn to become quilts.

It's my plan to eventually quilt them all myself; I've finished enough over the years to where everyone in the family has at least one quilt, plus I have a couple of king sized ones that I'm hand quilting, slowly but surely. I do, in fact, appreciate your offer and will contact you about it if I should change my mind for any reason. My 2 daughters (& my son) don't sew, but love the quilts I make, so if & when I get to point where I can't do it any more, they can send my finished tops to be quilted if they want; that's one of the reasons I don't mind having a stash of completed tops.
