    Red face 'Friends' quilt

I made this 'Friends' quilt for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loved it. I found the pattern for the dolls in a book I got at a rummage sale long ago and made up the rest as I went. It turned out better than I imagined. This is the first time I have posted something I have made and I am very excited.

You did a wonderful job, and I know your grand daughter loves it. I love all the purple in it, and the way you did the corners, and the strips. I know she will love it for years to come. My husband has his that his grand mother made him, and it is falling apart, I told him it was time to take it off of the bed, and just keep it. I was picking fabric and batting off of the floor every day. We still have it, because he still loves it so much. I might try and fix it for him some day. It was just the one fabric that fell apart, it must have been older fabric than the rest she used.
