Great looking quilts. How hard was the clam shell. I picked up a bag a few years back that had quilt pieces in it for $1. Had about 8 clam shells in it. Still have the pieces but cleaned them up and put into a UFO box.

How fun to have finished the friendship quilt from so long ago. What a great display it will make! Your clamshell is terrific! Way to go!

Both came out so pretty! I haven't tried clamshell yet either. LOL. It looks very complicated to me. I'm scared of the curves. I haven't done anything but easy peasy squares and hst. Ha! I really need to challenge myself and try soon though.

The friendship quilt is great....The clamshell quilt is to die for! It is in my bucket list. After seeing yours I may move it closer to the top! Really great work!!
