Default Friendship Quilt and Clam Shell

I have two quilts to show. First one is a Friendship Quilt. My mother in law had the blocks. The women in the neighborhood had made the blocks. I sewed them together and quilted it. The second is a clam shell quilt that I have just finished.

The friendship quilt is so sweet! They will probably be all gone now but their names and blocks live on. Nice job on the clamshells!

I too love the clamshell and would be interested in the construction method.
