    thanks, I have one just like it in my garage (a 1957). it's about 75% restored. Can't wait for it to be done. It's Mardi Gras red and frost white- a red orange and creamy white. The interior is black and white houndstooth. Wish it was done, they have awesome gas mileage.

    Was thinking about the quilt for your grandson, if you could find a fabric with cars on then you could make blocks with cars and numberplates.

    Those numberlates are great. :D

    My husband and I just found a really smooth 62 Thunderbird, all there, not a scratch, all original inside & out. Don't you just love old cars?
