    They are in order of how I would choose them the first being my favorite.

    For me Garlic is the other food group! :wink:

    I love the first one. Use a lot of garlic. Not too far from me nearer the coast is Gilroy, where they have a Garlic Festival each year, and sell their garlic all over. I go to Casa de Fruita where they have lovely Elephant Garlic and get lots of it each time.
    Garlic is good medicine, and tastes divine in spaghetti sauce. Makes the house smell lovely at this time of year.

    I prefer #2. It looks more like real garlic to me.
