    You did an outstanding job. Reminds me of old photos of when my Dad was a kid in NH. Of bringing in the sap to cook down into syrup, and the sugaring parties, where the samples were poured out onto fresh snow, and it made a kind of instant maple candy.
    We had a small sugarhouse when I was a kid, but it is becoming a lost art.
    Your quilt is not only a fantastic work of art, it documents some very good times that are fast disappearing.
