    Nice quilt. It certainly is expensive to get a quilt quilted but creative quilting adds so much to a quilt. I am taking quilting classes next week from Harriet Hargrave. I hope to learn about designing quilting designs so I can do my own small quilts. I will be attending the quilt show in Ottawa in May -- really looking forward to it.

    I agree! My DD has been wanting a Civil War repro quilt & her condo is blue/gray so this really inspires me. Plus, it's just drop-dead gorgeous! I cannot wait to see it all done!!!!! Thanks for sharing!

    The quilt is indeed gorgeous. Hope the cost to have it quilted will be reasonable for you. There are some fantastic quilters on this board. Have you thought of contacting one of them. Sometimes they trade with each for a pieced quilt for quilting etc.

    That is a georgeous (sp?) quilt. I love the blue/gray colors and the blocks are beautifully done. Thank you for showing this one - Now I want to find the pattern and do one!!!!!
