I admire you for forging ahead with your donation quilts when you find your husband without a job. I think we all should remember how much we DO HAVE and be thankful for that. Cute quilts, I am sure they will be much appreciated.

Been there myself as my husband was self employed and the winters were awful. We have been married 55 years and live frugally, but I wouldn't change a thing. Things will get better.

Take advantage of such a gift of time with each other. My hubby and I went throught that sevral times. Ist time I was 9 months pregnant with our 1st child. In those days the day you were done the insurance was gone. I was devastated called my Dad to see if he could hire him and he said yeas I could but I willl not because he will end up in the shoe shop and he has more potential than that. I was crushed. My Dad was right and he got en even better job and we had the baby and had to pay the hospital.

Take the time to rethink your priorties. He may go back to school and really LOVE his new endeavor. Keep the faith.
