    Default Giant Dahlia on eBay!

I just bought this vintage quilt for $38! It's hand quilted, 76"x82". From the pictures (couldn't get the other screen shots after it was sold) it looks like the quilting is VERY minimal. I will probably take it apart and put it on the longarm to try out something fancy. The item description was "Texas Star" but it's a Dahlia.

It has the traditional Dahlia border of three squares on point.

I'll get better pictures when it gets here. I have been looking at a lot of quilt tops there for ones to practice on and also bought this top for $40. It's 90"x90".

I have looked at the tops on there and the prices are great but I didn't know if it was good quality. Let us know. I did buy some Sun Bonnet Sues all made, ready to applique and they we very nice and cheap. I just bought a set of 10, 9 inch squares with Sues embroidered on them. The woman said she does them all the time. 15.00 for 10. 9 inch blocks. How can you go wrong?
