Thank you all. This is a much older pattern than Sunbonnet Sue. I found it in the Encyclopedia of Appliqued quilt Patterns by Barbara Brackman, which is a good source, but does not give really complete patterns. I understand that someone has produced a similar pattern commercially. You may note that I didn't make mine at all uniform, which was on purpose. I spent 2-3 years gathering FQs, such as the starry one for this quilt. Most of them are CW and other repros. Later today, I'll draw up one of mine and tute it here. I really fell in love with the Skirts on these ladies, but I had to alter my Dresden Plate pattern to make it work, as I wanted to have a skinny waist for most of my ladies. The hat part is not as important. A straw hat would work too. I might add that no one has ever accused me of excessive drawing ability. What I do is cut and try. My inspiration was a lovely set of floral striped fabrics, but I think I like pairs of mor ordinare fabrics just as well.

This pattern is so much prettier than Sunbonnet Sue. I hope you'll post the pattern soon.
