Wonderful quilting on a great quilt. I saw one of these at the Dallas quilt show last year.

Oh Charisma, that is absolutely fantastic. I am a Texas native. However I know I am really prejudiced about my beautiful great home state. You did just GREAT!! I love the steer head in the map outline and the cowboy on the bull. It was great that you researched it.to know just what to do. You really must come down to Texas sometime to visit. We have great things here just about anything one wants or likes to do, This state is so unique there is something for everyone in each part of the state. You would love it. From desert area, to coastal are, piney woods area, mountainous area, you name it.
I love how you just get into every quilt you do, It doesn't seem like it is really work for you, and I doubt if many who quilt for others seem to share your love for quilting. Many probably only do it for the income. But one can tell you do it for the love of quilting. You are such an artist. I love viewing quilts you have quilted. Hope someday to have you do one for me.

I spent 4 years in Texas. You have captured Texas perfectly! Rock on! * just a note, Texas is the only state I have been in where the 'state' itself (outline) was considered decor, pie crust, bird feeders, you name it and they will make it out of the Texas outline. Don't even get me started about all the bathrooms I saw done in the state flag motif... :D

I second that! Of course, I would! We LOVE Texas. Many of the Texas Counties are laid out like a quilt! Beautiful eye-candy.
