Default Going around in circles quilt

This was so much fun to do and it is super easy. The background fabric is all one fabric. I didn't realize that the pattern had squares in a pattern. (I didn't use a pattern, just looked at the sample hanging in our LQS.) The fabric is Michael Miller. I cut the original fabric into squares and pieced it. Then traced around various dishes to get circles of different sizes, and fused the circles, did machine appliqué. It's for Prayers and Squares. https://www.google.com/search?q=Goin...2F%3B236%3B236

Great quilt! I love how the background fabric looks woven like a basket. I use some of my round plates or old cd's from time to time too. Hey, whatever works. haha

WOW - that is one of the most interesting quilts I've ever seen. It's very textural, very 'multi dimensional' and just really caught my interest immediately. I don't normally 'go' for modern quilts, but yours is WONDERFUL!
