    You spent a lot of time choosing fabric that is meaningful to him, he will smile looking at each block, he will always remember your thoughtfulness. Great thoughts and good work.

    This is a really "from the heart" gift. I love that everyone contributed to it. Bet you have some fond memories of each fabric square - did you keep a snippet of them for yourself too?

    You have done a magnificent job of putting all these amazingly individual fabrics together. I am sure this will bring smiles and many happy memories of his former colleagues. Great quilt, great gift....and thanks for sharing with us.
