At last... here are pictures of the Gone with the Wind fabrics. The collection is supposed to be available in January 2010. At this point, the manufacturer (Quilting Treasures) is in the process of collecting orders from quilt shops.
And as usual, I don't know which ones to choose. Please chime in with your comments as to which ones you like best!

They're all nice but I've never used fabric with people on them. What would you do? I do love all the other ones-the colors are beautiful and can think of many projects they'd fit into. (I guess I missed the point that these are GWTW fabrics and that's why they have people on them-duh!)

Between you and me... I really don't know WHAT folks would do with these. Isn't that terrible? I'm thinking that it's like the Wizard of Oz line... you just collect them. I suspect, though I'm not sure yet, that they will be releasing other GWTW collections if this one sells. And, if it's like Oz, it's best to wait until ALL the collections are out so you can get some of every design.
Which reminds me... I should post pictures of the new OZ ones too.

We've been hearing rumors of a GWTW collection for well over a year now. We though that the line would be ready in 2009, as it's the 70th anniversary of the movie. But... looks like they're running a little late for that.
