    Nice! Congrats! The Futuras can be a bit quirky or finicky when embroidering - don't get frustrated. I got an XL550 back in February and it took a couple months before we became great friends trying to embroider. There's a great Facebook group that you can learn a great deal from in dealing with the Futuras - Futura embroidery group - they are SO helpful. I might have thrown mine out the window if not for them! It's a wonderful machine once you learn how to get along with it. lol. The sewing part was very smooth and easy.
