Thank you very much. I would enjoy keeping it too. I've kept very few of my quilts as they go to one of the kids or granchildren as soon as they are completed and that's ok.

LOL and thank you. One neat thing about round robins is you get a quilt back with techniques you would probably never think to do and that's so much fun. I love all 3 of the round robin quilts that I've participated in making.

The first quilt took me 11 months but it could have been completed in 9 but I was working on 2 quilted sweatshirts, 2 round robin quilts and a mystery quilt but living life a little.

The very colorful 3rd quilt took me 9 or 10 months and the throw took me 5 weeks and most of that was in the hand quilting of all of those butterflies.

    Thank you very much.

Today I also posted photos of the first quilt, the butterfly sampler to this board. This link should take you to see it as it has several close up shots of each square for those of you interested in tackling something similar.

What a sweet thing to say and thank you. Most likely you already are but may not realize it as we each see all of the faults in our work that others won't notice or care about. Enjoy your quilting.

Grammy, they are all just lovely, but I really love the first one, the colors of purple set it off( naturally). I love the lady in the middle, and the others too. I had the lady with the unbrella crocheted on some pillow cases when I was young and just loved them. I wish I had them now.
