QuiltE, did you leave any ribbons for anyone else to win???? I've seen some of these before, but am enjoying them again. I'm not normally a 'frou-frou' sort of gal, but I really like the lacy border on the kaleidoscope quilt. It's wonderful.

Congratulations on all the well-deserved ribbons!

    Some before and some during.
And yes, GGal ... enter in a show ... it really is something when you first walk in and see your quilt. Yes, the first time I did that, I started to cry, as I had never seen the quilt hanging and honestly, it just shocked me how nice it looked. I had always thought the borders really weren't right, but when I saw it then, I went YES!!! they are bang on right!

Weezie ... Thank you!!!! Me neither, definitely not a frou-frou sort, so the fabric was a huge step away for me and yet I pounced on it the moment I saw it. It seemed oh so odd!! Then to think of the lace? My oh my, so not me at all ... and yet I loved it! Oh yes, I did leave many ribbons for others. I don't "make" quilts to show ... instead I look at the classes and see what I have that fits into them. Sometimes I can find lots, sometimes not many. I said I was going to keep this all for fun, whereas I know some busy themselves making quilts that are for the classes.

Both of you have just reminded me that I have yet to do a thread of my PC quilt. Guess I'd better!
