    That is great and they will always remember the time they learned to make their first quilt with grandma. Gotta keep those quilters coming.

    Ah! that is so sweet. I have 12 grands (5 girls & 7 boys). Only 10 live here and two in San Diego. Twelve y/o granddaughter is interested in learning to sew.

    Love teaching my grandaughters to sew. We have done pillowcases and purses but have not gotten to quilting yet. They live over 6 hrs. away so don't get to come often. Tell your girls that we quilters think they did a GREAT job!!
