    I understand your reluctance to quilt after your mom's death. Thank goodness my mom encouraged me so much while she could. When she died last November, I felt that I needed to continue for her and it was great therapy. Your quilt is absolutely stunning. I'm happy that you have come back to it. It would be a shame to waste your beautiful talent.

    That is soooo beautiful! It reminds me of my grandmother for some reason, though I don't remember her having a quilt like it. Your daughter will treasure it!

    Beautiful quilt and quilting. Really like Eleanor Burns patterns. So glad you are able to quilt again. It is so hard losing a mom.

    I'm sure this was very bittersweet but healing for you, and in the end it is an absolutely beautiful quilt that your daughter will be thrilled to recieve! I think it is awesome!
