Hello and thanks to everybody!
The Hexi side length is 0.8 inch. I didn't measure the whole Quilt but already used it and it is big enough.
There is no pattern for this design. At first I wanted to make a plain or traditional Flowergarden and started with the center flowers. I did not realize how much fabric this all takes and ran out with the green colour fabric. Then I wanted to stop and make it a wallhanging. Then I was unsure about all and put it away. And then I started to play with the Hexagons, tried many kind of edges, piced and cut off again, till I liked it.
I could imagine that maybe one day I start with a new Flowergarden.

Fabulous - so pretty - I love your design! I'm making my first one - and it is quite the task, I'll say! But hopefully someday I'll have it done. Thank you for sharing your hard work! It is beautiful!

I have nothing but praise and respect for you. My only GFG quilt was my very first, and it became a table cloth because my fingers were so sore doing it by hand. Yours looks done. Nice work and skill. Applause! Applause!

Beautiful and you are an accomplished quilter. I have been thinking of taking on a hand project. Can you give hints on how you put the three layers together with the binding. Not a whole lot on binding grandmothers flower garden on the internet.
