    Default green charity quilt finished

I just put the binding on this charity quilt. Some of you may have seen it, as I posted when I was seeking border help and also posted as soon as I had finished the top. But the quilting is done and it is ready to go. The yellow binding was a last minute decision, but I like the results.

The pattern is Double Slice Layer Cake, from Missouri Star, but I didn't use a layer cake. I selected five fabrics, and went heavy on the daisy fabric. Our guild calls charity quilts "comfort quilts," and I hope this quilt gives someone a bit of a lift.

I really like the way this turned out. Have been watching its progress.

Nicely done Dina. Yes, they should be able to life someone's spirits.

The yellow binding was a touch of genius. Lovely quilt.
