    It is just two blocks--one is a framed 9 patch and a granny square. They look like this:

    so that it looks like this:


    I used 2.5" squares and for that middle square (am still learning EQ) I made it a 4 patch so that it has both green and purple in it. For that, I used 1.5" squares so the end result is a 2.5" block.
