    Improvisational? I so agree with Dresi not everyone can do improvisational as well as your quilt demonstrates that you indeed have that 'gift'! I also agree with Jeanne that the secondary pattern keeps the 'eye' dancing back and forth.

    Job well done and don't forget to let us know just how delighted your friend is with her surprise gift!

    I think it's beautiful.....and i am not a pink fan.
    PS....i have both the flower fabrics in my stash....love those too.
