I make tops for Quilts of Valor, we have several LA quilters in our group that quilt them. I'd love to quilt my own, but have no place to lay one out to baste.

Every one of the people that I have met who received a quilt from QOV always ask what motivated/inspired the quilt and my participation. If they have been given, drop them a note to mention your dad. Your work is admirable and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for honoring your father's memory in such a substancial way. My dad went to heaven June 7th this year, he too was a war veteran. He would be so very proud of your love to his fellow American heros. I wish I could have called my dad to tell him of this. God bless you for loving others that keep us free! :thumbup:
