    Make it a duvet cover. Find a nice backing fabric, sew it all together on 3 sides and on the 4th sew a little up both ends but leave about a 2-3 foot section open in the center (but hem it so it doesn't ravel) so you can add a light weight blanket it you want and tadaa! you have a nice finished pretty for your bed.

    It is really pretty and it would be a shame to not finish it.
