    That is, by far, the most gorgeous scrappy quilt I've ever seen! I'm not kidding! Don't leave it unfinished - send it out to be long-armed if you have to, but let it be all it was meant to be!

    I think that's a good idea, but when I suggested it to GOM he wasn't keen - thought the quilt wouldn't be "all his own work" if someone else quilts it.

    There must be quite a lot of quilters who like "scrappies" because the response to this has been really supportive. In fact, I think all the nice comments are inspiring GOM to get on and quilt, quilt, quilt.

    Definitely hubby. If I try and put too many colours together, I just get a mishmash. He plans as he goes along, and just uses whatever colours he feels like.
