The top is done! It's "fit to be tied". Some star points aren't so good on the outside, but "a galloping horse...". I can live with it! Thought it wasn't big enough before - then I remembered to add the 9" borders! Thing about tying is that if I ever want to, I can remove the ties and quilt at leisure.
Also a picture of the Roo's eyes. I just cut them out of felt and used a permanent marker. Love them!

That's abeautiful quilt. Who cares if this or that doesn't match? Nobody is going to be looking at those details. They're looking at your beautiful work and colors you put otgether.
