Halloween quilt

My brother in law and his wife have two toddler grandchildren who my DH and I rarely see because of distance. So, one of the ways that we can be in their lives is by gifting a quilt. So I made this halloween quilt as a surprise to my BIL and SIL, so that they could enjoy it with their grands, and we can - although distant - have a small part in their lives.

The panel is from Hobby Lobby, as are the other fabrics on the top. The backing is from Walmart and some 1/2 yard pieces I bought at a guild 'yard' sale. I really love the haunted houses and the ghost fabrics in the back. They look sort of scary, but warm and fun at the same time.

very pretty and so much fun too . . . . The backing is as interesting as the front.

Halloween is not one of my favorite times, but I do love your Halloween quilt, It shows the fall season with the leaves, & the pumpkin. You can pass up loving baby kitties. Great chose
