    You did a great job recreating that quilt, I love it. Sometimes that's how I feel when quilting, but I "hang in there". LOL

    I had the little legs with the raw edge openings where I had stuffed them. Took two tiny pieces of brown batik and made tiny shoes (sort of like little bags) and turned them right side out and them stuffed the raw edge of legs into them. Threaded a needle with white crochet thread and sewed it in the pattern of laces, making sure I caught the legs (inside) as I sewed. Didn't want the shoes coming off. When I was done, I put a tiny bit of white glue over the knot of each lace and glued the felt eyes on with glue also. If anyone else tries to make one, please post pics here so we can see.
