    Default Hang In There!

I have wanted to make a wall hanging like one I saw somewhere some years ago. I saved the picture but never knew the name. So the other day, decided to try and make it. I wanted to use scraps so made 9 patches and then put sashing around. It took me several days to get it finished. Since it isn't exactly like the picture I saw, I renamed it 'Hang In There'. Then with the help of a search on the internet, found out the pattern is still available and is called Tighten the Tension. The quilt site is http://chrisgilman.com/patterns.html. It still makes me smile. Hope I am not breaking rules when I look at someone else's work and yet make my own from it. Mine has the green sashing and looks way worse than the pattern one by Chris Gilman. But mine still makes me smile.
