Happiness Is
Finally making something that feels good...did have to back up in a few places where I got out of order and ask myself "what were you thinking". I love making purses but don't have a big need for them so will continue to make and what family doesn't grab I'll donate to the Haven animal shelter for their fund raising sales. Also including picture of my goddess Ishtar(Ishi) for which I am named Ishtar's Mom...LOL

We just got a kitty several weeks ago - a stray who showed up at our son's home. We've been dog lovers and currently have a Cockapoo named Midnight. Tiger (the kitty) and the dog have become acquainted and now get along well. New for me to have a kitten.

Thanks all...it may seem silly but it was just good to have something turn out right for a change...even a little purse made from a scrap I picked up somewhere along the way...it is so plain that I would like to put something on it or an interesting closure to perk it up...if anyone has any ideas would appreciate the thought..
M.Elizabeth I hope you come to love your Tiger the way we do ours...we have four, two that were strays and two, Ishi and Jackson that were from Callie, one of the strays. We think she must have been about 15 minutes pregnant when we took her in...63 days later she graced us with two of the greatest joys in our lives.. The other stray was severely abused and only has one eye and a lot of scars..The more you touch, cuddle and snuggle with them when they are kittens the more they will stay that way. Cats are unbelievable companions.
