I made this to give to my daughter and new son-in-law , they're getting married May,21.
Along with paying for a big wedding of course lol I wanted to give her something made by us .
So I made this and her Daddy is making a shadow box out of oak to put it in for hanging.
But I WILL NEVER try this again !! I just thank GOD I didn't have to make a big quilt !!! lol
But I don't think it's to BAD for a beginner on quilting !!!
I bit off more than I could chew on this project tho !!
I am definitely getting better !!!

Just so happens their fav colors are pink & blue !!

I think you did a great job! I have a friend who has been quilting for 10 years and she is pulling her hair out on a double wedding ring quilt! She keeps threatening to give it to me to finish for her....no way!

    Thank you !!!
I know exactly how she feels because none of the arks seem to be long enough !!! I had to find a you-tube video to watch that helped me sooooo much !!!
Because I had no clue what to do when they didn't match up lol
But that was my first and last !! Took me 3 days!!!!
I am to stubborn to let it get me down and I will NOT give up !!! lol
