I'm so sad to hear you lost your MIL. The quilt is very nice and love the personal touch, it will be treasured. Gives me an idea of what to do with the 100 or so harley tshirts I have . . .

Thank you all for your kind words. My MIL is in a better place now and with her beloved husband. She was 94 and still as sharp as a tack. She even had her dry humor till the end. She will be missed.
