It has been an honor and a privilege to make this quilt for one of our soldiers. Some of you might remember the "Just one Star" by Moda challenge ?? Moda asked the quilters of America, earlier this year to make and send in "Just one Star" and that they wanted 18 hundred blocks.... the quilters stepped up, and sent in over 21 THOUSAND blocks. After 21,000 they stopped counting and still had more packages to open. So Moda turned back to the quilters and said now please help us make all these stars into quilts. I was given 15 blocks and here is what I did with them.

Your quilting has made this extra special, I especially like the thank you block! Thank you for putting so much effort into making that quilt so special.
