    Default Have Quilt Will Travel Part 2

    I posted a photo of my friend Jane putting the border on this quilt while on a layover at the airport. You all wanted to see the entire quilt. Here it is. The name of the design is Red Apple Lane and the designer is Pat Sloan. It is made with the fusible web applique' method. The fabric used is Pat's new fabric line from Moda and the thread chosed to quilt with is Aurifil 40 wt. thread. By the way, Jane made the top and my cousin Lori Marvel quilted it. The person holding the quilt up is my son David. Isn't he so handsome? (wink)

    That is just beautiful! She did such a great job on all the applique's, and I love all the added applique groups around the center block. Thanks for posting the finished quilt!
