Oh, gracious me. I need to find some of those darling kitty squares. I would love a quilt such as this. I'm a cat lover but I have too many what-nots. But, a kitty quilt would be perfect. First to finish the SunBonnet Sue doll quilt. I need pushing to finish this, can't imagine how many years it would take me to do one like this. (mind I said years!) I love you guys and your imaginations and products of them. I'm blessed, Ruth

I can't believe you didn,t like it!!! Do you think the quilt gremlins had something to do with you forgetting it? They are sneaky little critters if they could make you forget something that cool!

Thanks LH (and everyone). I doubt if I'll finish it, since I still don't like it. I like the idea, but for some reason I am saying to myself "What the heck were you thinking using those fabrics for the windows". I love the paisley fabric, but it just doesn't lend itself to the scrappy type of cat fabric.

In my defense, I am NOT a scrappy type, so that's probably what I don't like--the scrappy cats. Oh well, it's a lesson to me not to do scrappy, 'cause I'll just throw it in a closet and completely forget about it.
What a shame to let such a cute quilt go unloved! Especially when it is 90% done. If you don't want to keep it for yourself, you should consider finishing it and donating it to a worthy cause. I bet there's many a child or teenager who would enjoy snuggling up to that kitty in the attic quilt.

How could you forget such a great quilt?!

Surely some child would have loved it to bits by now.
