    yes but instead of legs the lady had it hanging from her livingroom ceiling so it could be lowered when she wanted to work on it and raised so it was out of the way. they also did homemade soap the old old way outside in a big black pot. i was pregnant at the time and omg it smelled so bad it would make me so sick.

    I have one that looks very much like that one but it has several cutouts to hold the poles. I bought it a auction in the 90's for $7.50. Can't wait to use it.

    About 20 yrs ago my DH made one just like this one. In one of our many moves over the years it got lost or left with someone who borrowed it. I really liked it... it served me well in its simplicity

    Yes, I have one very similiar. DH's sister now has alzheimers and can't quilt anymore. Her daughter gave it to me. I have to ask her if she knows who made it and how old it is, etc.
    Now, I have to figure out how to use it, but I know as soon as I start it will come easy.
