    Great quilt and great "saves" you managed. That makes a very striking quilt and especially showcases a nice Hawaiian print.

    this is gorgeous! I was lucky enough to find a lot of hawaiian print fabric at an estate sale over the summer - now I know what to do with it!!

    Your quilt came out great! This is a wonderful use of that Hawaiian fabric. The pattern reminds me of the 'cut out' cement bricks that are very common in Hawaii. We had them in the yard, used them to make bookcases, etc.

    I love the original pattern because the black sets off those rose colours so beautifully but I also like what you did with it. One would never know that you had altered the original pattern. Well done.
