Those are pretty easy to put together, aren't they? I did a smallish one for my son years ago and I can't remember. I used fleece instead of flannel, but would love to do a flannel one. The heart pattern is so pretty! I may try that one for my granddaughter's 1st birthday.

I just love the rag quilts. This is so neat. Like the heart design, too.

Totally cute.....I love rag quilts. I made a baby one in 9" blocks of all different baby flannels. They are soooooo soft...You did a great job!

So much easier and no fraying at all.

I'm a little confused, I thought that's what you wanted a rag quilt to do is fray. Is a rag quilt then just about showing the seams and not fraying the seams? Someone set me straight on this, please. :?:

Rag quilt seams are supposed to curl, not necessarily fray. But the flannel frays like crazy. They have even suggested you go to a laundromat to wash them the first time so you don't clog up your home machine. The fleece rags do curl some, and there is no fraying at all. It is nice to use a different color on the back because then the curled seam shows that color too.

I love your quilt! The colors are great :D I do believe raggedy quilts are adictive. That is good idea about fleece I will have to try that next one.
