    Yesterday, after I finished making 2 sets of drapes, I started a new quilt top. Took hours to cut it-- so many squares- all a different size! But I finished one block last night- it's pine trees. I'll post a photo when I figure out how to do it.

    Thanks for all the kind words. DH does like it also. It would be kind of hard to work on this one without him seeing it. She is quite the large lady. The entire border hangs down off of our pillow top queen. I hate having to add that extra to make up for the pillow top mattress!

    Anyway..I'm excited to do the trapunto feathered hearts and I'll do some quilting in the ditch. I haven't decided what to do around the applique yet. Hmmmm...I know, I know,,,,I thinking.... :lol:
