Default Hello, My Name is Theodore J. Sportsman

    You can call me Teddy.

I’m here at Lake Winnipesaukee to get some relaxation and some yummy fish. As you can see, I am pretty successful, because I have a secret bait that really pulls them in. I fry them up for supper and then after that, I like to roast marshmallows, and look at the stars.

    Hello Teddy,
If you think you will be fishing for a while, I may just see you in August. I know exactly where you hang out.
You are surely a great sportsman and handsome too.

Grammysharon - yes, I picked that fabric on purpose. I was hoping the canoe would look authentic.
Jenniepenny - I just knew that someone from New Hampshire would answer. Teddy says he fishes there all the time (because he does not need a license). He would love to see you, and asks could you bring some extra marshmallows. He went through his already. lol.
Ikahle - I think it was someone else who did the polar bear. Are you speaking of the swimming one?

I had a lot of fun doing this one. It was a challenge coming up with some fish. I had bought lures from the store, but they left a mark on some paper so I did not want them touching the wall hanging. I got out some fabric with and cut out four of them. It came out wonderful.

Such wonderful imagination, both in your quilt and your story telling. I just love the fish, they look so real.
