    I love the rose except for losing the tops of the boxes. I would be interested in seeing a darker tone of the green.. along the tonality of the rose, if you have something like that. The purple is just too dark I feel. Something a few shades lighter might work, again in the tonality of the rose.
    Your blocks are lovely!
    Another option would be a thin strip of your solids around the blocks like 1/2", to seperate them just enough before you join them in the usual way. I would add the strip to each triangle. You would only have to unstitch about half inch so you could get in your 1/4" seam. And use a 1" strip to start so half inch is left after seams.
    LOL sounds like a lot of work doesn't it?

    The Green has my vote the green make it looks so beautiful because of the little green in the pink design no question GREEN

    I like the green, it sets the hex's apart since they don't blend into the background.

    Not enough value difference in the green background and the pink design. I like Purple the best - a darker green might work well, too.
