    I think I like the pink/tan the best, then maybe you could do the binding in the medium green?
    But which ever fabric you choose, it will be a beautiful quilt!

    Dark gree/tan is my first choice and the medium green is my second. The darker fabric frames it and focus's your eye on the applique.

    Pink, bound in the medium green. The dark green seems a bit stark to me.
