IF by chance someone does point out that only three or four are not set in the "right" orientation... hand it to them and tell them to take it apart and fix it... they will recant their comment...
It looks lovely and I made a baby blanket with directional fabric where i deliberately made all the block upside down and sideways... that way there is no "top" to the quilt... little one can see puppies from any direction.

Make the mistake look as if it was designed that way. Add a border that is also facing all directions. Improvise! In the end it will be a unique quilt! One of a kind. Don't apologise or tell anyone. If a quilt were 100% perfect it would look like a factory mass produced one.

when it's all bunchy keeping someone warm, the different directions won't make them feel like they have their quilt on upside down. You planned it this way for that specific reason. It's adorable.
