I am quite sure that having a quilt made by her mom and her aunt will far out weigh any boo-boos! Imagine your niece knowing that one of her mom's last conscious efforts was for her. Dementia is such a heart breaking thing to happen to someone. I'm positive it will be loved whether the seams match or not. Go have a cup of coca, and relax. I will keep your family in my prayers. {HUG}
