    At first I thought the blue best, but really the lavender is lovely... I vote for the lavender..

    For me, the blue brought out the colors in the circles much better.

    A plain or solid background would look best to display the busy bird design. I think the lavender colour is too dominant for the quieter colours of the birds and one tends to notice the lavender first.
