    My puddin' head always want to be right where I am trying to use the rotary cutter and it's always his tail right in the line. since he insists, I always stop and give him some lovin', trying to distract him.

    I know the feeling! My cats sometimes have to be banished. I started working more on the table and that worked much better than the floor. It seemed to take about 1 minute from the time I started laying out the quilt til a cat showed up.
